瑞安·哈斯

Mr. Haas is a partner at Iron Point Partners, 有限责任公司, a private equity real estate investment firm which manages a series of real estate opportunity funds. He currently serves on the firm’s management committee as well as the investment committee of each of the Iron Point funds. Mr. Haas’ responsibilities at Iron Point include fund management, originating and structuring investment opportunities, acquisition due diligence, transaction execution, 基金的形成, 融资, and investor relations. Mr. Haas leads Iron Point’s senior housing investment activities and has either led or been actively involved in investments in hospitality, 多户家庭的, and self-storage properties as well as numerous distressed transactions across a variety of product types. Prior to Iron Point, Mr. Haas was with Ernst & Young, LLP, from 1999 to 2005, where he was a manager in Ernst & Young’s real estate group and provided assurance and advisory services for numerous real estate clients with a principal focus on private equity real estate opportunity funds.
